New On My Desk!

Today I was playing around with different techniques and colors. I really didn't have a plan and I had no idea where this was going. I just kept on adding colors and after I was done with the coloring I thought why not add a different sentiment in every leaf. Well below is the final project! 

I used the smaller maple leaf from the Gather Together Bundle and cut a stencil which I then sponged in several different colors. Most of the sentiments are from the same bundle. Just make sure not to  use anything bigger than the leaf. I sponged Old Olive around the entire card and for the final touches I used the Woodland embossing folder to give it more depth.   I think it's not bad for just playing around. I can see this sponging technique being used for more occasions.
