I am so excited for this weekend! Boise Idaho is having it's very own Scrapbook Show. I thought I will never see that. Two days of hands on new products, learning new stuff and of course crafting away. I bought my VIP Ticket about a year in advance, and I can't tell you how excited I am.

  And of course you can't go to a craft event without some swaps. I've been busy this week making these little packages to hand out. So, find me a the Scrapbook Show and of course I will have a package for you.

Weekly Challenge

      In our Fun Stampers Journey community we have the possibility to enter into a weekly challenge. Every week there will be a sketch posted and we can use whatever we would like to. But we have to stay close to the layout.    

      I entered for the very first time and you can see my finished project down below.  I wanted to do something a little more springy and dipped into some colors.

Note Cards

    I can never have enough note cards. I love to send them out for different reasons. A thank you, I'm thinking about you, and the list goes on.  So I always have a little stash prepared I can dip into.    

    It doesn't have to be complicated or time consuming. For my Thank You cards I used the Pretty Petals and the Everyday Script stamp set. I colored the flowers with Fun Stampers Journey Color Burst Pencils and finished it off with a little Gamsol. To complete the look I used the Petals Wall embossing folder. Like I said it doesn't have to complicated to tell somebody you care.     Do you have someone you would like to send a little note card to? You are the proton to my electron

      Today I was working on some gifts for my Husbands co-workers. I have been collecting these small jars for quiet some time, and I  new they will be good for something one day. I love to up cycle, and it comes in handy ones in a while.    

 

These cute little jars were the right fit for the project I had in mind. I needed twenty-five and I was so happy I had enough off them.

 

 

 

 

I used the Perfect Atoms stamp set out of the 2017-18 annual catalog. You might be seeing a few more projects with this stamp set, because it is a lot of fun.

Romantik Valentine

    For todays project I decided to make something a little more romantic, after all it's the day of love. I used some colors I usually don't use very much, but I love the outcome.

Bug Love

  Isn't that as cute as a bug! These Ladybugs are just perfect for that special Valentine.  

    When I bought these heart shaped chocolates I was not thinking about a wrapping. But than this idea came to mind about a box and I wanted to be able to see the chocolates. Once I got started it wasn't hard at all and I love the finished project.     Hope you like this project as much as I do.  

Gift Card Window Plates

    Who says Gift Card Window Plates can't be used for anything else. Well, think outside the box or maybe inside the box...LOL.  These cute little 3 1/4" x 2" dies make the perfect front for this adorable box.     

 

 

 

Just add some candy or maybe like I did a battery operated tea light or both and you will have a perfect Valentines gift.  

 

 

 

 

 

But there is more to it, check these dies out they come in a pack of four and can be used for so many occasions.

We have great Chemistry

      The Perfect Atoms Bundle is one of my favorites in our annual catalog. I stamped the images in Whip Cream and colored them with our amazing Journey Color Burst Pencils. I do love that it looks like a chalkboard print.    

    These are going to be my early Valentines for all my Customers.

Cascading Hearts Frame/Stationary Set

  This was a really fun project we made during our Valentine's workshop. I used the Cascading Hearts and covered them with Journey Glaze and some red glitter. I love how this project turned out!

Love Note Set

  Write little notes to your loved ones!  I found these cute heart shaped pens and pads and instantly a  stationary gift set came to mind.  I covered the pad with an embossed piece of cardstock and flicked Cranberry Bliss over it. I mounted the pad to a piece of decorated chipboard so the pen stays in place.  

    What made it even better was that the heart on the pen was flexible enough to put a little chocolate heart in the middle.

Happy Valentine's Day

     I love when Valentine's Day is around the corner, that means Spring is not that far off! Are you ready to make some Valentines? I'm excited, I just got started on mine.    

 

 

The little fringe in the middle of the card I made by sewing down in the middle of a 2" piece of cardstock. Than I used our Fringe Shears and cut on both sides up to the stitching.  Sprayed it with a little water and crumbled up the entire chain. Before I clued it down I cut it to the desired length.

Happy New Year

I know by now you might have a lot of calendars because everybody is handing them out or you might have gotten a couple for Christmas. But this one is special because it's handmade and can be personalized.      

      This little desk calendar fits in an A5 envelop and can be easily send in the mail. I added a little supportive sentiment for the new year by using the What matters stamp from Fun Stampers Journey.   Have a great evening!

    I'm back from a peaceful and relaxing vacation with all my loved ones, and now it's time to get back to work.
