Country Floral Embossing

     

 For today's project I had to dig out paper from the time when I wasn't a Stampin Up! demonstrator. Yup, I still have some of these 

craft room dinosaurs. You never know when you need it, right?  Remember the white core paper, some of you might enjoy using it. Well, I hated it. Every time I scored or tried to tear a decorative edge, the white core showed up and ruined everything for me. I had to use a sponge to cover it, but it never turned out the way I wanted it to be. Well, today this paper was just perfect!!!

 

       I embossed the paper as usual with the Country Floral Embossing Folder and the white core came peeking out. But it was not enough, so I used an emery board and sanded over the entire cardstock until I achieved the look I wanted.
