Write little notes to your loved ones!
I found these cute heart shaped pens and pads and instantly a stationary gift set came to mind. I covered the pad with an embossed piece of cardstock and flicked Cranberry Bliss over it. I mounted the pad to a piece of decorated chipboard so the pen stays in place.
What made it even better was that the heart on the pen was flexible enough to put a little chocolate heart in the middle.
