Beautiful You

The stamp set "Beautiful You" was one of the very first sets which caught my eyes in the 2017 Occasions Catalog.  I instantly fell in love with it. This card was my first try, but will not be my last one.  It has so many beautiful phrases and it can go with a lot of occasions.

Valentine's Day in the Office

I love to make little gifts for everybody in my surroundings, so it became a Tradition to make something for my Husbands Colleagues too. These year I came up with this Cupid's Arrow and filled the tip with M&M's. I used the Pyramid Pals Thinlits for the tip and for the feathers I used the Banner Framelit Dies.

I just hope they will like them.

Have a happy Valentine's Day!

Yummy in my Tummy

I used to work for a Great School in a rural area, how I miss those kids. When I saw this cute little Monster I had to think about the days I made gifts for the them.

I cut the belly out and made a little shaker card. I decided to add a little stand on the backside so it stands up by itself.

And what would Valentine's Day be without Conversation Hearts. I just made a little slider box and filled it with them. I put a little piece of window sheet in his belly so the hearts won't fall out.

Have a great day!

Sealed with Love

Hello Stampers, it has been a while but after tons of snow, a beautiful vacation on the Hawaiian Islands and a really bad case of the flu I'm finally back. Today I would like to show you what I made for my lovely daughter for Valentine's Day.

I love this stamp set and the matching Framelits. Isn't that Strip of Hearts just lovely!

The next project is a oldie but goody. But this project looks so cute with the bow made from Sending Love Designer Serious Paper.

Have a wonderful week!

Holiday Break

It has been a couple of weeks since I last updated my blog, but to my defense it has been pretty chaotic. We have been loaded with snow since shortly after Thanksgiving.  I have been removing snow sometimes two or three times a day and pretty soon we are running out of room to put it.  I don't think I have ever seen that much snow.

Thanks to my Husband I got a one week break from the cold and the snow. He took me to Hawaii for our Anniversary! It was really tough coming back to the ice and snow.

These picture were taken while we were at a Hawaiian Luau.

I will be back next week with new projects!

Until then have a great weekend and stay safe.

New Year's Gifts

All the Christmas parties are over and we are moving on to the next celebration. We got invited to a pre-new years party and of course I never want to come empty handed. I found these cute 8.4 fl oz. Sparkling Cider Bottles ( I didn't know they make them that little) in a Dollar Tree store so I had to get some to decorate them really pretty.

The card was a last minute idea to give to the Hostess with some flowers. I like the way it came out.

On the next picture you have a better view from the side. It folds flat, but needs a larger envelop if you would like to send it by mail.

Hope you enjoyed todays projects.

I wish you a Happy New Year and stay safe out there.

Presents & Pinecones

The countdown is on! Only five more days until Christmas, and my craftroom looks like Santa's Workshop. Last minute presents and stocking stuffers need to be done.

This was one of my favorite suites for this years Holiday Catalog, the Presents & Pinecones suite. I love the little pine cones they look so real.

This box is actually part of a New Year's Popper box, which I cut the top of it off and replaced it with window cling.

Hope you enjoyed todays project.

Have a very Merry Christmas!
